Return Policy
At Beautyforever Hair, we take every single customer seriously and are committed to resolving their issues to their satisfaction. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top-notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us! All of our items undergo strict quality control checks before being sent out to our customers. If you have an issue or are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.
1. How Do I Cancel My Order?
- You can cancel the order before the package is shipped out. And the refund will be processed the same way as you made the payment. Payment will be returned to your account within 3-7 working days.
- Once the order has been shipped, we can not cancel it anymore. Really hope you can understand, but we will process a return after you receive it.
- To ensure the correct items are ordered, we do suggest that you read the product's detailed description carefully before ordering. If unsure, please feel free to contact us at bf@beautyforever.com
2. How Do I Return My Order?
- Log in to your account and click "My Order"
- Choose the order you would like to return and select a request type.
- Fill in the corresponding information and click submit.
3. How Do I Exchange My Order?
- Same step as above: Log into your account > click “my order” > click " Return / Exchange" under the order. Choose the request type "Exchange or Refund".
- The exchange process is the same as the return process. Please send the return first, and then go back to submit the exchange request.
4. Return & Exchange Conditions And Precautions
- Orders need to be returned within 30 days after you received them (gifts excluded).
- All items must be returned in the original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached with the original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. If the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, the lace has been cut, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will not be seen as an unused condition.
- Damaged items are ineligible for return. But if you receive the item in bad condition, please contact us directly with some pictures or a video, and we will help you solve the problem ASAP.
- Express shipping fee will NOT be refunded if we use the express shipping to ship out the item, cause we already paid the money to the shipping carrier.
- Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in the United States. If you want the prepaid shipping label, please contact us first or get it from our return system. For other countries, we currently do not cover return shipping costs. Please send the items back to us via registered mail shipping that has a valid tracking number. DO not return the package via the fast shipping or a courier service such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS for non-U.S. orders, as this will lead to high customs tariffs, and the charge will be up to the customer to pay.
