Contributor Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in contributing to Beautyforever Hair . We are a trusted e-commerce platform specializing in 100% human hair wigs, weave bundles, frontals, closures, and weft extensions.

We accept non-promotional, non-commercial guest contributions exclusively from verified industry professionals. We do not accept AI-generated content, spun articles, or posts written primarily to manipulate search rankings.

Please read the following standards carefully. Submissions that do not meet every criterion will be declined without exception.

1. Author Eligibility

We only accept contributions from individuals with a verifiable, public-facing professional presence in the hair, beauty, or medical wellness industries.

You are eligible if you are:

  • A professional wig stylist or salon owner

  • A certified hair loss treatment specialist or consultant

  • An established industry educator or content creator

  • A verified partner, supplier, or non-profit organization in the hair/wig space

  • A long-term wig wearer with an active, public social media presence dedicated to wig education or advocacy

You are NOT eligible if you:

  • Are an SEO agency, freelance writer-for-hire, or content agency representing a client

  • Cannot provide verifiable links to your professional website or active social media accounts

  • Have a primary business in gambling, pharmaceuticals, payday loans, or other restricted industries

Verification Requirement:
You must provide at least one active, public profile (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, professional website, or salon portfolio) that clearly establishes your identity and professional credentials. Private accounts or accounts with no relevant hair/beauty content will not be accepted.

2. Content Standards

All submissions must be original, exclusive, and written specifically for Beautyforever Hair . We do not publish content that has appeared elsewhere, including personal blogs, Medium, LinkedIn, or other publications.

We publish:

  • Educational guides (e.g., how to choose the right base size, lace types explained)

  • Styling tutorials，maintenance best practices，product care and longevity tips

  • Psychological and emotional aspects of hair loss and wig-wearing

  • Salon or stylist perspectives on working with clients with medical hair loss

  • Trending hairstyles, celebrity hairstyles

  • Industry insights on texture matching, density, or color blending

  • Real-story features (with client permission) that respect privacy and dignity

We do NOT publish:

  • Direct comparisons between our products and competitors

  • Content containing affiliate links, discount codes, or promotional calls-to-action

  • Keyword-stuffed, link-heavy, or sales-oriented articles

  • Content targeting "best 10" listicles, "vs." comparison pages, or "cheap" buyer intent keywords

External Links:

  • You may include one relevant link to your professional website or social media profile in your author bio.

  • In-body links are strictly limited to authoritative, non-commercial sources (e.g., peer-reviewed journals, dermatology associations, non-profit cancer support organizations).

  • All external links will be marked rel="no-follow" or rel="sponsored" .

  • No commercial links, backlinks, or affiliate links are permitted.

3. Editorial & Quality Requirements

  • Word count: 1000–2000 words. Exceptionally in-depth guides may be considered up to 3000 words.

  • Original imagery: Submissions should include 3–5 high-resolution, original images (photos, screenshots, or illustrations). You confirm you hold full usage rights. No watermarks, stock photos, or uncredited third-party images.

  • Tone: Professional, inclusive, and respectful. We serve a diverse community that includes medical hair loss clients, cancer patients, and individuals with alopecia. Content must be free of stigma or judgment.

  • Language: Fluent, native-level English. Please have your work proofread before submission.

  • Structure: Use short paragraphs, descriptive subheadings, and bullet points where appropriate. Provide a short article summary (2–3 sentences) and a suggested title.

4. What We Offer (And What We Do Not)

We offer:

  • Full author attribution with a byline and professional bio (50–75 words)

  • A link to your professional website or public social media profile in the bio section only

  • Editorial feedback and professional copy-editing prior to publication

We do NOT offer:

  • Monetary compensation
